Captain Pipes UPVC Column Pipe 1.25″ (Super Heavy Grade) – 3 m (10 ft)

1.25 inch Captain Pipes UPVC (PVC-U) column / riser pipe in 3 m (10 ft) lengths. A tough, installer-grade option for smaller boreholes where corrosion resistance and joint reliability matter. Manufacturer technical parameters list 30 bar allowable hydrostatic pressure and recommendable depth up to 800 ft for this diameter/grade.

This 1.25 inch Super Heavy Grade UPVC column pipe is used as a borehole drop/riser pipe for submersible pump installations. UPVC is chosen to avoid rust and premature failures that can happen with steel/galvanized in aggressive water conditions.

Joint & installation features (Captain design): CNC-machined square threads for load holding, O-ring sealing for leak-proof joints, and an in-built automatic locking system to help prevent thread slippage during assembly/dismantling.

Key technical parameters (manufacturer table):

  • Allowable hydrostatic pressure: 30 bar
  • Recommendable depth: up to 800 ft
  • Ultimate breaking load: 3500 kg
  • End wall thickness (average): 6.1 mm
  • Outer diameter (average): 42.15 mm

Supply format: 3 m (10 ft) lengths. Available from Larnaca with delivery across Cyprus.

Note: Depth values are the manufacturer’s recommendable depth for the stated diameter/grade. Final suitability depends on installation conditions and handling. Contact us if you want us to confirm the correct grade for your depth.
