• AC Alternators: Generator kVA, single phase or three phase, voltage (230V or 400V), frequency (50Hz), current alternator model (if known), mounting type (one bearing or two bearing), and a clear photo of the alternator nameplate if available.
  
  
• Spare Parts: Engine make and model, serial number (if available), part number (if available) or a clear description of the part. If the model plate is missing, send clear photos and any basic measurements.
  
  
• UPVC Column Pipes: Pipe diameter (inches), grade required (Heavy or Super Heavy if known), estimated installation depth, quantity (number of 3m lengths), accessories needed (top and bottom adaptors, reducers or expanders), and delivery location if delivery is required.
  
  
• Solar Solutions (complete system): What you want to run (pump, home, business), whether grid power exists, single phase or three phase, location, and your goal (backup hours, daily runtime, etc.).
  
  
• Solar Water Pumps: Borehole depth, static and dynamic water level (if known), required flow (m³/h or L/min), pipe length and diameter, tank height or pressure requirement, and distance from panels/controller to the borehole.
  
  
• Solar VFD Pump Inverters: Pump motor power (kW or HP), motor voltage and phase, pump type (submersible or surface), required head and flow, and whether you already have an existing pump or need a complete package.
  
  
• Hybrid Solar Inverters: Single phase or three phase, approximate loads (kW), whether you need backup during power cuts, desired backup time, and whether the system is grid-tied, hybrid, or off-grid.
  
  
• Solar Batteries: Desired capacity (kWh if known) or backup hours, inverter model (if already selected), installation location (indoor or outdoor), and whether the priority is backup power, solar self-consumption, or both.
