Brushless 3-Phase Alternators With AVR Control

WHEN TO REPLACE INSTEAD OF REWINDING
Rewinding vs Replacing the Alternator:
In many cases, replacing a failed alternator with a new brushless unit is:
- More reliable: new windings, bearings and AVR instead of re-using old parts
- Faster: no waiting for quotes, transport and rewind work
- Simpler: less risk of mismatch or poor workmanship
We do not rewind alternators. Instead, we focus on supplying new units at a fair price and helping you match them correctly to your engine and load.
Current Stock
We stock 3-phase brushless alternators from 8 kVA to 60 kVA, in double-bearing 42 mm shaft and SAE-housing options (SAE 3, 4 and 5). All units are 400/230 V, 50 Hz, suitable for most 1500 rpm diesel generators used in Cyprus.
Our alternators are supplied with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and AVR failure under normal use. We also keep AVR spares (e.g. SX460-type) in stock for quick repairs and maintenance.
